Year-end rebates provided to eligible customers for purchases of Guardian® HB and Guardian® CF

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (Wednesday, July 13, 2011) - The NanoSteel® Company, a leader in coating technologies, today announced a new customer loyalty program that will provide a rebate on the purchase of the company’s Guardian® alloy materials utilized as tool joint hardbanding on oil & gas drill pipe.

NanoSteel’s Guardian® Customer Loyalty Program, which goes into effect immediately, awards rebates for purchases of Guardian® HB and Guardian® CF cored wires which qualify under the terms of the program. Rebates can be up to five percent for oil companies, drilling contractors, hardband applicators and drill pipe owners.

NanoSteel’s recently launched Guardian® CF is the industry’s newest crack free tool joint hardband material which provides industry leading casing and tool joint wear protection.
