SHS Wear Plate for Severe Sliding Abrasion and Impact

SHS wear plate features an ultra refined nanoscale microstructure (≤ 400 nm) resulting in 66-71 HRc high hardness, exceptional resistance to severe sliding abrasion, toughness equivalent to 400 Brinell Q&T plate and forming/cutting response similar to standard chrome carbide plate. SHS wear plate outperforms carbide overlays and Q&T steel wear plate such as Brinell, AR-steel and Hardox.
